Customer Service

We hope you enjoy browsing our fabrics at The Little Fabric Cabin and that you are happy with your purchase.

On occasion we may not have the required stock to fulfil your order and if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible to offer you the choice of a full refund, an alternative product of equal value, or where possible, the item will be ordered in for you.

Ordering and Payment

We are delighted your have chosen to purchase one of our products. Once you have added your items to the shopping cart you will proceed to the checkout page where you will be asked to complete your personal and contact details. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will use these details to contact you. We do not pass, sell or distribute your details to any other party.

We use PayPal as our payment processing company. PayPal is one of the safest and most secure ways to pay for goods online. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption available for internet transactions. The Little Fabric Cabin cannot view or has access to your debit/credit card details.

Upon placing your order and making payment through PayPal you will receive an initial email advising we have received your order followed by a further email confirming your payment has cleared. Your items will be dispatched shortly afterwards.

You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay for your goods via PayPal.


It’s extremely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return a purchase up to 14 days from receipt for a full refund excluding postage. The items must be in their original state, unwashed and unused.

Please contact us first before returning items and retain your proof of postage.

If for any reason you are not happy, please email anne@anneheaden.com outlining your reasons. Customer service is important to us and we will contact you to arrange return.

Product Description, Colours and Prices

We have taken every care to ensure that the description and prices of products available at The Little Fabric Cabin website are correct. Please also be aware that most computer monitors will vary their reproduction of colour and whilst we have endeavoured to accurately reproduce the fabric colours as best as we can – the fabric colour may look different on your monitor to the actual fabric.


We do provide a sample service and encourage you to take up this offer so you can accurately see and feel the fabrics.

You may choose up to 6 sample fabrics free of charge.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights in all software and content on or through this website remains the property of The Little Fabric cabin or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws around the world.

You may store, print and display the content supplied through The Little Fabric Cabin solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, distribute, manipulate or reproduce any of the content supplied to you from or through The Little Fabric Cabin website in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

Security – SSL Data Encryption

The Little Fabric Cabin utilises the highest level of standard socket layer technology (SSL) Data Encryption (2048 bit) commercially available (provided by Trustwave) to encrypt all your personal information. All the information transmitted between your computer and our servers is encrypted from the moment you log into our website; this includes the transmission of your username and password for the purpose of authenticating you and granting access to your account.

By paying attention to the padlock located in the top left of your browser you can check that your data is being transmitted securely. If you wish to verify our SSL Certificate, please click on the padlock. The Little Fabric Cabin’s SSL certificate has been issued by Trustwave, an authorised third party and runs over a period of 12 months.
